The Pokémon Company International announced a Pokémon update in their RPG adventure Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, available now for Nintendo Switch.
Players will find that the Mythical Pokémon Zarude has a new signature move, Jungle Healing. Once the Pokémon reaches level 90, it can learn this high-level move that only it can learn. However, in future games, the move may be available to other Pokémon.
Jungle Healing is a Grass-type status move that allows Zarude to wrap its vines around trees and absorb their energy, then it releases that energy combined with its own. Healing power radiate to help ally Pokémon, which restores their HP and cures them of status conditions.
Zarude is only available in the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield video games and can’t be encountered in regular gameplay.
Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield take place in a new region known as the Galar region, which is filled with the countryside, city, and snow-covered environments. Players will also be able to choose from new starter Pokémon Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble as they work towards becoming a Pokemon Champion. The game will feature online components as well where players are able to camp and compare Pokémon.
