My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble is Still a Thing!? Open Beta for PS4 Announced in New Trailer
Bandai Namco announced that My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble is still in development, and the team is planning an open beta to take place from May 25, 2023, through June 1, 2023, on PlayStation 4. You can pre-install the beta now.
The beta will feature all of the updates applied since the previous beta, along with access to a few new characters, including Tenya Lida, Denki Kaminari, and Itsuka Kendo.
The other playable characters are:

- Bakugo Katsuki
- Uraraka Ochaco
- Todoroki Shoto
- Tsuyu Asui
- All Might
- Cementoss
- Mt. Lady
- Tomura Shigaraki
- Dabi
- Himiko Toga
- Mr. Compress
My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble is a battle royale game where players will join one of eight three-player teams as Heroes or Villains as they battle on expansive citywide maps. By controlling classic My Hero characters, fans can make the most of their Quirks to attack enemies and cooperate with their team to survive fights.
Players can also contribute to their team’s victory by rescuing or intimidating civilians on the field to obtain powerful items that can determine the outcome of the battle. My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble will be free to play, and it will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
