Waifu Rhythm Game ‘Muse Dash’ Gets Christmas Update Details With New Trailer
X.D. Network released a new update for the PeroPeroGames-developed rhythm adventure game Muse Dash available now on PC-via Steam, Nintendo Switch, and iOS and Android devices.
The update adds a new Christmas themed update to the game, which includes a new costume for the characters as well as new songs to purchase. Players are about to purchase the Give up Treatment Vol. 7 music pack as they work toward claiming their holiday gifts.
Additionally, the mobile version of the game is available at a 30% discount from December 25 through January 1.
Previously released in Japan of iOS and Android, Muse Dash allows players to access the game 2-button rhythm controls as they tap to over 80 tracks ranging from various genres. Additionally, the game will allow players to play as 3 waifu-like characters to go on this adventure with them. Each character has a pet as well as unlockable outfits.
During gameplay, players will need to react to instrument solos, timed dodges, and beat-based enemy attacks which are all mixed together to create a unique jam. Even though the controls and simplified the game has a nice depth to its difficulty for rhythm fans to master while they climb the leaderboards. Each track has 3 difficulty levels to choose from and the tracks aim to be more player skill-based then using special abilities or anything like that.
