Multiple Unannounced Konami Projects in Development
In Famitsu’s new compilation of comments from developers and publishers for the start of 2023, Konami teased that multiple titles in development have not been announced yet.
Since several Silent Hill games were recently confirmed, perhaps Castlevania, Metal Gear Solid, and other series will receive significant news in the near future. Regardless, we’ll be sure to keep you all updated.

“Happy New Year to all game fans! Thank you very much for enjoying many of KONAMI’s games last year. This year is known as the Year of the Rabbit, and we are planning power-ups and new developments for our well-known series, aiming to make even greater strides.
Furthermore, we have yet to announce new projects to you are also quietly underway. So please look forward to KONAMI’s further progress this year.”
The latest Castlevania video game release is Castlevania Advance Collection. This package includes Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and Castlevania: Dracula X. All regional versions of the titles are available to select and play through, and a gallery mode is also available.
The developer of the collection is M2. The company is known for working on many projects emulating older titles, having also worked on the Virtual Console and Sega Ages re-releases. In addition, they’ve also worked on the Castlevania Anniversary Collection and Contra Anniversary Collection.
Castlevania Advance Collection is available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Nintendo Switch.
