VR Adventure ‘Moss’ Reveals Free Update Adding New Story and Puzzles
Polyarc announced that their VR adventure Moss will receive a new update to coincide with the release of Oculus Quest on May 21.
Titled Twilight Garden, this update adds a brand new chapter to the story of the game which takes players to new environments to explore more of the game’s world.
“The Quest is a game changer for the VR industry and something we’ve been eagerly anticipating as developers specializing in VR content. Its wireless head and hand tracking technology allow full immersion in another world, simply by picking up and putting on a headset, regardless of where you are,” said Josh Stiksma, principal designer, Polyarc. “Now you can explore the whimsical fairytale from home or on the go as you travel, commute, and visit friends or family. In addition, to make this experience even more magical, we’ve updated the game. Players may now discover and explore new content hidden within the world of Moss.”
Additionally, Twilight Garden will add new puzzles, alternate weapons and armor and various new ways to interact with the characters. The update will be available to all other platforms in June and will automatically be updated for anyone who owns the game.
Moss tells the story of Quill, a young mouse hero who will work with the player to get through puzzles and environments. Quill is on a quest to find his uncle and the player will need to help him out by helping out Quill wherever you can.
