Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate Reveals Trailer With November Release along with Tons of Content and Enhancements

Warner Bros. Games has announced and revealed a trailer for the definitive version of Mortal Kombat 11, dubbed Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate.

Featuring two story campaigns, and a roster of 37 playable characters, this package includes a number of DLC from the prior version of the title, as well as upcoming pieces of content. Fighters Mileena, Rain, Rambo, Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, Sindel, The Joker, Terminator T-800 and Spawn will be joining the battle free of charge. 25 character skins will be included along with the sizable added cast.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Expansion, the first story expansion of the title will be included as well, featuring Fujin, Shiva and RoboCop as playable characters alongside 10 character skins.

A free Playstation 5 upgrade will be available, boasting 4K dynamic resolution, enhanced visuals, improved loading times and cross-generation console compatibility for select modes. Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S owners can also receive a free upgrade, courtesy of Smart Delivery.

Crossplay support will allow play between  Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One players.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate pre-orders will begin on October 15, for $59.99, granting immediate access to the original game as well as Kombat Pack 1 and the Aftermath Expansion.

Owners of the original can also pre-order Kombat Pack 2 on October 15, which will also include the Time Warrior Skin Pack. These three new character skins are “Dark Web” Noob Saibot, “HCF” (Halt and Catch Fire) Liu Kang and “Blood Moon” Skarlet.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate will be available digitally on the Playstation 5 and Playstation 4 on November 17, while the physical version will be available in January for the Americas. The Nintendo Switch version of the title will also be available  digital only in the Americas.
