Mortal Kombat 1 Reveals Omni-Man Gameplay Trailer; Playable Next Week

Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios have shared a new post-launch gameplay trailer for their upcoming fighter, Mortal Kombat 1, showcasing the DLC character Omni-Man.

Select interactions and gameplay sequences are showcased, alongside an announcement that the character will become playable on November 9, 2023, for those who either own Mortal Kombat 1’s Premium Edition or Kombat Pack.

Quan Chi, Ermac, Homelander, Peacemaker, and Takeda are the other characters set to be featured in the Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack.

The game takes place after the ending of Mortal Kombat 11, where Liu Kang became a god and created a separate universe. This allows the team to reboot the series and change up some of the story elements. The title features several returning characters from the franchise in a brand-new context, appealing to both franchise veterans and newcomers.
