Monster Hunter Rise Updated To Version 3.7; Event Quests Preparation & Bug Fixes

Capcom has announced that the latest mainline entry of the Monster Hunter series, Monster Hunter Rise, has been updated to version 3.7, which makes preparations for upcoming Event Quests, and fixes numerous bugs.

Recently, the game sold over 7.5 million units worldwide.

Monster Hunter Rise is the latest entry of the action RPG series, where players take on some of the most powerful monsters around. The game is set in the Kamura Village, home to many warriors who have developed unique and innovative hunting technologies. One of which is a remarkable insect called a Wirebug. This allows players to grapple themselves in any direction, making it possible to scale cliffs and structures.

The Sunbreak expansion was announced during the latest Nintendo Direct and will provide a plethora of content to all players across both Switch and PC in Summer 2022.  This release is being said to introduce new monsters, locations, and hunting gameplay, similar in scope to Monster Hunter World’s Iceborne expansion, which added a considerable amount of content to the base game.

A demo for Monster Hunter Rise is currently available for PC via Steam ahead of its January 12, 2022 release date.
