Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Digital Event Occurring Tomorrow; New Monsters, Gameplay Details & more
Capcom has reiterated that a Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak digital event will be occurring tomorrow at 7 AM PDT/ 10 AM EDT, featuring game director Yoshitake Suzuki. This broadcast will deliver a plethora of notable information regarding the upcoming Sunbreak expansion, including brand new monsters, gameplay details, and more. Further, both PC and Switch players can look forward to a simultaneous global launch.

Monster Hunter Rise is the latest entry of the action-RPG series, where players are tasked with taking on some of the most powerful monsters around. The game is set in the Kamura Village, home to many warriors who have developed unique and innovative hunting technologies. One of which is a special insect called a Wirebug. This allows players to grapple themselves in any direction, making it possible to scale cliffs and structures.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will introduce new monsters, locations, and hunting gameplay, similar in scope to Monster Hunter World’s Iceborne expansion, which added a considerable amount of content to the base game. It is releasing for PC and Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2022.
