Soedesco announced that the Studio Aurum-developed monster-catching RPG ‘Monster Crown,’ has received its first major update since launching on PC-via Steam Early Access.
Players will find three new features including, online monster trading, NET Eggs, and the “Move Learner.” Additionally, players can breed “Surprise” monsters, and let their monsters remember a new set of skills as they trade with other players. The team also has future updates planned for the Early Access version based on player feedback.
Monster Crown centers around a dark narrative where a woman is seeking to rule over an island with a history of sadistic rulers and heroic saviors. Players take on the role of an adventurer who makes a pact with monsters to prevent that return of tyranny to the island. However, during the narrative, players will make choices that drastically change the ending as well as post-game content.
Monster Crown features over 200 base monsters to create as your own new species. Players will travel across Crown Island to form new allies who can assist with bringing peace to the lands. Also, players can battle and trade online to get even stronger.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of Monster Crown and its development.
