Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation Code Fairy Launches on PS4 and PS5; A Three Part Story Taking Place During the One Year War

Bandai Namco has launched Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation Code Fairy on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 digitally in the west.

Players can purchase Volume 1 now for $19.99. However, a Deluxe Edition is available for $59.99 and a standard edition for $49,99, which includes both Vol. 2 and Vol. 3. The upcoming volumes are set to release on November 19 and December 3, respectively, but they can also be purchased separately.

Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation Code Fairy tells an original story of the “Noisy Fairy” – a secret unit led by Alma and under the direct control of Kycilia of the Principality of Zeon. During the “One Year War,” the team struggles to break through into the continent of North America, which is where the game’s story picks up. The game highlights the bonds of the characters and the emotional battles ahead of them.

“The Mobile Suit Gundam series has long put players in the cockpit for intense combat and compelling narratives,” said Lin Leng, Senior Director of Marketing at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. “I can’t wait for pilots to embark on a new story of human connections made amidst the chaos of mechanized warfare. We hope it alights the spirit of Gundam fans and brings them even closer to the decades-long legacy of the series.”

Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation Code Fairy builds on the experience of Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2, a free-to-play game where players can take on others in PvP battles. The games each unlock additional missions and items across each title, so those who play both have a few incentives to pick up this new experience.
