Mobile RPG ‘Blue Archive’ Reveals Upcoming Hot Springs Event

Nexon revealed a new event for the NAT Games-developed Blue Archive in the west.

On July 12, players are able to continue the story with a new event titled “Hot Springs Resort No. 227 Daily Log.” The students find themselves at a resort where they can hang out in the natural hot springs.

Players who submit a Hot Springs ticket on the pre-registration page now through July 11 will receive 1,200 in-game currency Pyroxene after the event launches. Simultaneously, the Hot Springs Update Prelude Event will offer the opportunity for an additional 600 Pyroxene and 2.3 million Credit Points to players who log in to the event daily.

Further, a new student will join named Ako. Ako is a support character and can increase her team’s crit chances for higher damage.

The Hot Springs Resort event is not the only thing for Blue Archive fans to be excited about, as the update roadmap from July-September was revealed. Event stories “Kosaka Wakamo’s Silence and Feast” and “Schale’s Happy Valentine Patrol” are coming soon. Several new characters including Aru, Wakamo, and Chihiro will be added to the Insane difficulty level in raid content Total Assault.

Blue Archive is a new IP from the publisher led by Producer Yong-ha Kim, mainly collecting waifus and taking on story missions. The gameplay focuses on its narrative, where players will witness students’ daily lives at academies and clubs.

Blue Archive is available now on iOS and Android devices in the west.
