Mobile BL Game ‘NU:Carnival’ Reveals Kuya’s Voice in New Trailer

Publisher SGArts and developer Infinity Alpha have released a new trailer for NU:Carnival. In the new video the Taiwanese developers show the Wood Clan’s Kuya, who seems to be a character who loves to throw around some insults. The boys’ love RPG will be released on mobile systems -via Erolabs– in the first quarter of 2022 though a specific date has yet to be announced, and its subtitle options will include English.

NU:Carnival tells the story of a young sex toy maker called Eiden, who ends up in another world after finding a gemstone at his workplace. In a mysterious fantasy setting, he’s treated as the descendant of a hero of yore known as Huey. Now it’s up to him to unite forces with men of multiple elemental tribes to protect Klein Continent from the influence of evil spirits that resurfaced.

In order to bring harmony again to the world, his group will have to fight against monsters. However, part of saving the world also involves them getting down and dirty because of the magical properties of bodily fluids, a classic eroge excuse we all know and love.

The newest character to get a trailer, Kuya, is part of the Wood Territory. He’s a magical fox that was granted human form and is revered by the beasts of the forest. Though he’s fascinated by new things, he can have a harsh attitude and hates being bored. He’s a master of illusions and has no qualms using others as play things.

In the video, we get to see a little of his abusive nature with some short voice clips and character animations. Kuya is voiced by Yotsuya Cider, whose previous works include Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome‘s Saito, Yotsuya from Tokyo Onmyoji and many others. Check out the new NU:Carnival trailer below:
