Action Shooter ‘Mighty Goose’ Gets Release Date Set for Next Month for All Platforms

Playism announced that the Blastmode and MP2 Games-developed action shooter Mighty Goose will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam on June 5, 2021.

Mighty Goose is an action shooter where players fight against the Void King, an evil monarch ruling the galaxy with his army of minions and monsters. During gameplay, players will traverse the galaxy as a goose, but the twist is that this goose is mighty.

Mighty Goose is a run and gun shooter with tight gameplay control similar to Metal Slug and Contra. The game aims to test the skills of players as they must time their actions and avoid incoming attacks.

The game features co-op mode to play through levels with your friend, Commander Vark. Players can customize their play style by coming different upgrade chips and secondary weapons that can help them in tight situations. Further, the game’s soundtrack is from Dominic Ninmark, who worked on Blazing Chrome, so you know it’s good.

The game will be released worldwide and available in 13 different languages including, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, and Korean.
