Deep Silver announced that the 4A Games-developed first-person shooter, Metro Redux, will launch on Nintendo Switch on February 28.
Metro Redux is a two-game collection that includes the definitive version of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. Both games set the player in a post-apocalyptic Russia where they must learn to survive.
Metro Redux contains all of the single-player DLC found in Metro: Last Light, which is around 10 hours of additional content. Players will journey through the Moscow Metro as they take out enemies, both human and mutated, and do their best to stay alive. The game will also include the higher difficulties which remove the HUD for a more immersive experience.
The release will also see a physical retail version. Both games will be included on one 16 GB cart with no additional downloading required. Those who pick up the game will also have access to the Ranger Cache Pre-order Pack, which will be available at GameStop and will include a pin badge set, game case sleeve, double-sided alternate artwork inlay, four double-sided art cards, and a full-color Metro poster.
Metro Redux for Nintendo Switch will launch on February 28 for $49.99. Both games can be purchased separately on the eShop for $24.99 a game.
