Metro Exodus Takes Players Back Underground in “The Two Colonels” DLC Trailer

Deep Silver and 4A Games revealed new details for the DLC headed to Metro Exodus.

First off, the team announced that The Two Colonels DLC will launch on August 20. This story takes players back underground under the dead city of Novosibirsk as Colonel Khlebnikov makes his way home to his son, Kirill, for New Year’s Eve. However, mutant attacks are becoming more common and a strange slime has been consuming the tunnels. With radiation poisoning on the rise, people must look for ways to survive. The story is told in a linear fashion and follows both Colonel Khlebnikov and Colonel Miller, who is exploring the environment a year later.

Metro Exodus is set in the year 2036 where humanity struggles to survive in a poisonous world. Players assume the role of Artyom who must flee the Metro and lead a group of Rangers across the post-apocalyptic Russia landscape to find new life in the East.
