Visual Novel ‘Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger’ to Get PC Release in the West; Free Demo Available Now

Shiravune announced that they will publish the Heliodor-developed visual novel Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger on PC-via Steam in the west. However, the publisher has not revealed a release date at this time.

However, fans won’t have to wait long to play because the Steam page features the prologue of the adventure for free. Players get to experience the game’s opening from the perspective of Ruka Hiryu, the slacker detective.

Meteor World Actor: Badge & Dagger is the follow-up to the noir adventure visual novel Meteor World Actor. The game follows detective Ruka Hirya, who works in the 13th Division and is treated poorly by the rest of the course. Consumed with investigating the sealed Cult Massacre, things change when the 13th picks up two new members. The agency is shaken with unreliable rumors about the semi-mythical Shining Union, and suspicions and conjecture arise, bringing into question if everyone is safe.

The gameplay features moments of detective mystery storytelling powered by buddy-cop banter. Further, the soundtrack features jazzy tunes for players.
