French-Bread, Aniplex, and Type-Moon have announced that new information about the upcoming fighting game Melty Blood: TWI-LUMINA will premiere on July 10, 2026, at 4 AM PT/ 7 AM ET as part of a Type-Moon Times mini live-stream.
Fans can anticipate the voice actors of Shiki Tohno and Len, Ryosuke Kanemoto and Kaori Ishihara, to be present. You can set a reminder for the broadcast on YouTube.
This new entry is described as a reworked version rather than a completely separate reboot. One of the first confirmed additions is Black Len, a character who did not appear in Type Lumina.
Black Len’s appearance is also notable, given that she has not yet shown up in the Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- remake, which Type Lumina is based on.
Melty Blood: TWI-LUMINA will be released in early 2027 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Switch, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
