Melia’s Voice Actor From Xenoblade Chronicles Possibly Leaks New Sequel
Sometimes voice actors share a little too much information. Whether it be they are just excited about the role or simply far removed from the community that they don’t understand the impact of a few words slips.
During a fan meetup over video chat, YouTuber Din’s Meteorite got to ask Jenna Coleman about her experience working on Xenoblade Chronicles as the voice of Melia.
When talking about how she got the role she shared, “…It was in my pre-Doctor Who days and when they did the second one [Assume Definitive Edition], they just asked me to come back, and I think they are going to do another to my knowledge,” and she repeats, “Yea, I think they are going to another, I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that. But I’ve never played it, is it a cool game?”
So this comment could clearly be her just oblivious to the series and where her voice has been shared. Just recently Pyra and Mythra were in Super Smash Brother Ultimate so it could have been her thinking that was a totally new game for the series.
Let us know what you think and if Melia has a chance of returning in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 or if this is just a voice actor not totally in-tune with her character.
