Bandai Namco has released two arranged soundtrack albums based on Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei and Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II.
The albums, Megami Tensei I & II REARRANGE (Soundtrack) and Megami Tensei I & II REARRANGE ROUGH ARRANGE Ver. (Soundtrack), are now available through major services including Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes.
Both releases were personally selected and rearranged by original series composer Tsukasa Masuko, whose work helped define the sound of the early Megami Tensei games released for the Famicom in 1987 and 1990.
The main REARRANGE album includes work by Tatsuya Nishiwaki, Tsuyoshi Kon, Kenji Takamizu, Hideo Yamaki, BOH, Takayoshi Ohmura, ISAO, Hideki Aoyama, Satoshi Oka, and Mika Arisaka. Meanwhile, the ROUGH ARRANGE Ver. album has instrumental arrangements created by Masuko himself.
