Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond Shows off Multiplayer Modes in New Trailer

EA, Respawn and Oculus have released a new trailer for their upcoming VR title, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond. This trailer is very multiplayer centric and shows prospective players what to expect from the title’s five multiplayer modes.

You can watch the brand new trailer showcasing the multiplayer of Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, below:

There are classic gameplay modes that players familiar with the genre will know, those being Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Domination. There are two new game modes added however, with those being:

Blast Radius, an explosive take on King of the Hill, and Mad Bomber, where players defuse enemy bombs while planting bombs of their own. Mad Bomber in particular was designed from the ground up for virtual reality: bombs can be placed anywhere, and players will have to hunt for bombs with their eyes as well as their ears using 3D positional sound to hone in on their locations and defuse them before they go off.

A great variety of weapons and maps are able to be chosen from, and each weapon handles differently from each other. Gun feel is factored into player preference as well. Dozens of maps, stage-specific strategies and gambits are what players will have to explore and employ in order to get the most out of this title.

Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond will be playable on the Oculus Rift, Quest and select headsets compatible with Steam VR
