Mecha RPG Wolfstride Releasing For Switch Next Week; Announcement Trailer
Publisher Raw Fury has announced that their mecha RPG Wolfstride developed by OTA IMON Studios, will be released for Nintendo Switch next week on May 10, 2022. The title has only been available on PC. To commemorate the occasion, the publisher shared a brief announcement trailer, viewable via their Youtube channel below:
With a 90’s anime atmosphere and a noir-inspired black-and-white palette, Wolfstride is a turn-based RPG that oozes style. The game follows three troublemakers as they participate in an elite mecha championship called the Ultimate Golden God Tournament. However, what initially seems like a to-the-point series of battles for financial benefit becomes an intricate affair, diving into the cast’s histories alongside the strife they must endure in the future.
On the one hand, players have the chance to explore Rain City as the former Yakuza, Dominique Shade, getting to know all the shady and quirky people the place has to offer. On the other, it’ll be essential to winning battles in your mecha as you control the pilot Knife Leopard. And in order to repair and improve your machine, you’ll also have to work your magic as the mechanic Duque.
