Mary Skelter 2 on PC Gets Official Restoration Patch to Add Back in Corruption Minigame
Developer Ghostlight has shared information about the upcoming Steam port of Mary Skelter 2.
Earlier this month, the publisher shared that they had to remove the minigame from the Steam release. However, after speaking with their partners, they announced that users can download a free patch to add back the corruption minigame to the PC version. Further, they have extended the launch discount of 15% to January 27.
This DLC restores the game to its original form. It is intended only for those who are 17 years of age or older. You can download the patch from the publisher’s website.
Mary Skelter 2 was released on PlayStation 4 in Japan as a sequel to 2017’s Mary Skelter on PlayStation Vita. Mary Skelter 2 continues the adventure of the series as Jack as he deals with becoming a nightmare, which opens the door for a new battle system. During gameplay, players will need to satisfy the living jail’s needs by completing the three desires in the jail, which will provide Jack with various bonuses.
During battles, Jack will be able to succumb to the nightmare and turn into Ripper Jack where he can deal devastating amounts of damage. The game also features items known as Blood Crystals, which can be harvested to turn into new objects.
