Marvel’s Ultimate Alliance 3 Reveals X-Men DLC in New Trailer

At the 2019 Game Awards, developer Team Ninja announced the second pack for Marvel’s Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order that players will be able to get their hands on December 23, 2019.

The pack is titled “X-Men: Rise of Phoenix” and introduces four new characters to the game, Phoenix, Gambit, Iceman, and Cable. Additionally, players will competitive mode called “The Danger Room”, where 2 to 4 players try to defeat as many bosses as they can.

“X-Men: Rise of Phoenix” follows the first DLC “Marvel Knights: Curse of the Vampire” which featured characters: Punisher, Blade, Morbius and Moon Knight. The third DLC “Fantastic Four: Shadow of Doom” will be released in Spring 2020. Characters for this third DLC have yet to be announced.

To celebrate the release, the developer released a nice trailer showing each of the characters in a cation. This gave viewers a preview of the character’s special skills as well as an introduction to their place in the actual story.

All three DLC packs are included with the purchase of the”Expansion Pass” for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order.
