Marvel’s The Avengers Gets PS4, Xbox One, and PC Release Date With New Trailer

Crystal Dynamics finally showed off Marvel’s Avengers to the crowd at the Square Enix E3 2019 Press Conference. Marvel’s The Avengers will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC on May 15, 2020.

A cinematic trailer showed the classic ensemble of Captian America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow tackling grave situations complete with the inter-team banter we know from the comics.

The presentation tells of an original story of the Avengers outlawed after tragic events that left their own Helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source to explode, causing catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

Crystal Dynamics showcased the voice actors that will behind the mask of the global team, matched with all-star talent. Troy Baker will voice Bruce Banner, Jeff Shine as Captian America, Travis Willingham for Thor, Laura Bailey will be playing Black Widow, and finally Nolan North as Tony Stark.

The game will feature single player and online co-op multiplayer, regularly updated content. new heroes and regions from the Marvel universe will come with no additional cost to the player, along with a crowd roar for “no loot boxes or pay to win scenarios.”

To help with the work needed to support the game post-launch, Crystal Dynamic enlists the help of Eidos-Montréal, Crystal Northwest, and Nixxes Software.

A partnership with Playstion will bring those players early beta access and additional benefits that will be announced at a later date.

the last release date teaser also featured “Hank” showing show off his shrink-ray. this is possible Hang Pym from the Ant-Man comics giving the Avengers a hand.
