NEXON has announced that MapleStory Classic World will officially launch on October 21, 2026, following the conclusion of its second Closed Online Test.
Players purchasing a Founder’s Package will be able to begin playing earlier through Founder’s Access on October 6. Founder’s Packages will go on sale beginning September 2.
The dates were shared in a blog post by Hanbyeol Oh, Chief Product Officer of Global MapleStory at NEXON, also known as Inkwell. Founder’s Access begins on Tuesday, October 6, followed by the grand launch on Wednesday, October 21.
Alongside the launch announcement, NEXON released an infographic highlighting activity from players who participated in Closed Online Test #2.
The statistics cover the number of quests cleared, participation in citizenship content, items purchased, and the popularity of different classes and jobs during the test.
