NTT Solmare announced that its digital manga platform, MangaPlaza, surpassed 1 million members following its fourth anniversary earlier this year. The service launched in March 2022 and provides officially licensed Japanese manga to readers outside Japan.
Its library has expanded to include translated Manhua and Manhwa alongside MangaPlaza Originals and platform-exclusive releases from Japanese, Chinese, and Korean creators and publishers. Titles available through the service include The Ramparts of Ice, The Ogre’s Bride, and The Duke’s Son Claims He Won’t Love Me Yet Showers Me With Adoration.
A month-long campaign is being held to mark the 1 million-member milestone. From September 1 through September 30, 2026, new and existing members can receive points equivalent to 100% of the purchase price of one eligible item, with those points scheduled to be distributed in October. New users who register during the campaign can also receive a 50% coupon, while new Premium members can receive a 70% coupon.
MangaPlaza’s Premium membership costs $6.99 per month and provides access to more than 30,000 chapters, alongside additional membership benefits and a one-week free trial.
