Tripwire Interactive announced that their action RPG Maneater will launch on Nintendo Switch on May 25, 2021.
Sadly, even with the announcement, the developer has not released any screenshots or trailers of the game. This could be due to the lower performance power of the Switch, but we won’t know for sure until more is revealed. The Switch version will launch for $39.99.
Maneater is shARkPG, where players assume the role of a shark who has met its rival at birth, a shark hunter. Players will explore the world through the life of this young shark as it grows from a baby to an absolute tank. The game features customization and an open-world to explore and dominate.
The game is mission-based, where players will have to take on a variety of different tasks that will earn them experience points to level up the Shark. Players are also able to customize their sharks with different abilities and upgrades to make them a killing machine, in and out of the water.
