Visual Novel ‘MAMIYA’ Gets April Release Date in the West
Fruitbat Factory announced that the Kenkou Land-developed adventure visual novel MAMIYA will launch on PC-via Steam on April 30, 2021.
MAMIYA is a dark visual novel set in Tokyo during the year that the world was prophesied to end. This is around the time that a child named Mamiya appeared. As the world attempted to move on with their lives and mourn the loss of individual people, time seemed to be passing them up.
Mamiya has wormed their way into these people’s lives, which takes them down a new path. There’s a real sense of dread brought on by this, but it might not be all that bad.
MAMIYA features fantasy and supernatural themes with a narrative that includes 83 CGs to help immerse the player. Additionally, there are 6 different endings available that change depending on the choices players make during dialogue.
Currently, there is a demo available on the game’s Steam page for players to play through the first section of the game known as the FallDown side.
