This Mai Shiranui Statue for $1,050 Has Us Considering if We Need It More Than Food for a Few Months

We all have our share of interest, but the figure market is booming as fans do their best to show off their love for a character by purchasing these symbols of love. However, none might compare to what PJ Studio has delivered with their 1/4 scale Limited Edition statue of Mai Shiranui from The King of Fighters XIII.

The statue can be pre-ordered now for $1,049.99, with a non-refundable down payment of 157.50 required. The statue will release in Q4 2021.

The Mai Shiranui statue stands at 21.26 inches (54cm) and is made of polystone, PU, and epoxy resin. Her design resembles her outfit from The King of Fighters XIII and features 1/4 scale artificial glass eyes and simulated skin paint.

Mai Shiranui is one of the most popular fighters from The King of Fighters series for her looks and overall skills in a fight. The character utilizes a fan weapon that can be seen in the statue and incorporating flames into some of her attacks.

One thing is for sure. The statue had a few of us looking at our bank accounts to determine if this is something we need.
