Doujin RPG ‘Magical Girl Celesphonia’ Coming West to PC

Kagura Games announced that they will release the Shimobashira Workshop-developed doujin RPG, Magical Girl Celesphonia, on PC-via Steam and Kagura Store in the west at a later date.

Magical Girl Celesphonia is a doujin RPG that introduces Amane, an average woman who never considered herself to be special. However, one day, she comes across a magical old book after being attacked by a monster. This book ends up saving her as it transformed her into a magical warrior named Calesphonia, who has the power to fight against the attack creatures.

The remain of the story follows Amane as she fights to protect her town as a magical girl.

Magical Girl Celesphonia mimics classic RPG systems with turn-based combat and 16-bit exploration. The game is set in modern times and features a leveling and mission system to progress the narrative.

It should be noted that this is also an adult game. So if that’s why you’re playing it, you should think about either obtaining the patch from the publisher or just buying it from their online storefront. It’s up to you, but I’m sure if you’ve read this far then you’re probably here looking for the green light on the h-content so here it is.

We’ll keep you updated on the release of Magical Girl Celesphonia in the west.
