Visual Novel ‘Lovekami: Useless Goddess’ Launches on Nintendo Switch in the West

Moenovel has launched their romance visual novel Lovekami: Useless Goddess on Nintendo Switch via the eShop in the west.

Lovekami: Useless Goddess initially launched on PC-via Steam in 2017 but not emerges on the Switch from developer Pulltop. The game is set in Japan when goddesses descended to Earth, but most could blend with humans and live peacefully with them. Further, some of them managed to become huge idols, but others didn’t really follow the rules.

These goddesses wish to just do as they please and cause trouble, giving them the name Aragami. During gameplay, players assume the role of Sho Narumi, who helps a goddess he finds in the street. Soon after, he discovers she’s an Aragami cause power outages around town, but that changes after his show of kindness, and she lends her help.

Throughout the story, players will interact with a few goddesses and most likely romance all of them. I say most likely, but there’s romance here. This is the all-ages version of the game that may resemble the western Steam release, but the ecchi CGs are pretty frequent.

We’ll keep you updated on the Moenovel’s future releases and other visual novels coming to Nintendo Switch in the west.
