Publisher Ysbryd Games and developer brlka have announced that their narrative-driven horror platformer, Love Eternal, will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on February 19, 2026, for $9.99.
brlka designer Toby Alden said the following:
We wanted to explore the subtler aspects of psychological horror with LOVE ETERNAL, and tried to imbue every scene and environment with a sense of unease that was unmistakable, but impossible to put your finger on. Everyone who’s tried the game so far has felt it, and we’re really excited for players to experience how uniquely unnerving it is.
This adventure follows protagonist Maya, a teenager with plenty of fuel for the fire that is her anger, thanks to family alienation, a conflict with her friend Lacey, and an abduction by an ancient god. To escape the god’s terrarium, she must manipulate gravity throughout a castle filled to the brim with puzzles.
Gravity alteration leads to Maya gaining amplified agility to cross chasms, spikes, lasers, and more hazards. The setting features Iron Age landscapes alongside a dark reflection of Maya’s home, with uncanny encounters featuring Maya’s family, Lacey, and other prisoners.
Love Eternal will feature full language support in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
