2D Action RPG ‘Lost Epic’ Reveals Early Access Roadmap With Full Release Later This Year

Team Earth Wars has released the update roadmap for their 2D action RPG Lost Epic available now on PC-via Steam Early Access.

The roadmap shows what the developer’s plans are for Early Access players. Most importantly, the team is hoping to launch in Q4 2021, with post-launch content planned for 2022.

The upcoming Q3 2021 update introduces two new worlds for players to explore, The Capital and The Underworld. The brings the number of areas to four, with future updates planned to include the story finale and an additional world with more weapons, skills, and combat elements.

“Our fans really tore through the game since its June launch, and we’re happy to satisfy their demands for even more Lost Epic,” said a Team Earth Wars representative. “We hope everyone is ready for all the exciting new additions coming soon, and welcome feedback from our players on what they like and what we can change.”

Lost Epic blends elements of hack-and-slash and RPG genres to create a rich experience for players. During gameplay, players will find various upgradeable weapons with a deep level of stat customization for characters. Players are meant to summon others from online to help them using an item known as Shroud of Mist. This allows two explorers the chance to spawn to a chosen area and assist the main character in exchange for Anima that strengthens equipment, and Tamahagane that can further power skills.
