Life Sim ‘Sword and Fairy Inn 2’ to Release on Switch Next Month

EastAsiaSoft announced that the Softstar-developed life-sim RPG Sword and Fairy Inn 2 will launch on Nintendo Switch on July 27, 2023.

Pre-orders for the physical version are available now through their online retail partner Playasia. However, these will ship later this year.

Sword and Fairy Inn 2 has players manage an inn based in the Sword and Fairy universe. The game offers a more relaxed approach to the high fantasy narrative than the base RPG series.

Limited Editions of the game will include the game, manual, soundtrack CD, sticker sheets, and numbered certificate in a collector’s box for $39.99 plus shipping. Standard copies will also be available as an open pre-order for $29.99.

Sword and Fairy Inn 2 features characters from across the series who aim to just live a happy life. Through gameplay, players will manage a family restaurant, travel the world to find legendary kitchenware and trade special food items, grow crops, play mini-games, and more. Further, the main goal is to make customers happy. Milestones will progress the narrative that highlights the relationships between the characters.

The game is in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via Windows Store.
