Life is Strange 2 Gets Episode 3: Wasteland Release Date and Details Along With Future Episode Releases

Square Enix announced the release date for the entire season of the Dontnod developed narrative adventure Life is Strange 2, available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

First off, Life is Strange 2 Episode 3 will be titled Wasteland and will release on May 9. This episode will continue to follow the main characters, Sean and Daniel Diaz, as they make their journey to Mexico and reach the redwood forests of California. The two brothers end up falling in with a community of drifters and are exposed to new experiences as well as encounter a new friend. However, these experiences come challenges that they must confront in order to survive. Whether or not they end up drifting apart throughout all of this is left to be seen.

Life is Strange 2 is a sequel to 2015’s Life is Strange which stared a high school girl named Max Caulfield who has the ability to rewind time. This meant that choices did weigh as heavily because if their player didn’t like the outcome they could just rewind and go another path.

The publisher also revealed the following episode release dates:

• Episode 4 – August 22
• Episode 5 – December 3
