Deceitful Puzzler ‘The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince’ Gets Release Date and New Trailer

NIS America announced that their puzzle adventure The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince will launch on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on February 12, 2019.

The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince tells the story of a prince who journey’s into a dark forest after hearing beautiful singing, which happens to be coming from a wolf. The prince startles the wolf who swipes him and leaves him blind. The wolf feels bad about it and attempts to help the prince get back home, one problem, he thinks she’s a princess.

Gameplay has the characters working together to get through obstacles and reach the castle. Players will be able to switch between the two characters in order to get past certain puzzles.

Additionally, a new trailer launched which gives players a preview of how they can fight enemies as the wolf and get through areas. Also, players can see who the prince actually thinks the wolf is, which is actually a pretty cool mechanic.

Author’s take: Having a resemblance to games Yomawari and The Firefly Diaries makes this title so appealing to me. I really want to see how their adventure ends and if the prince ever discovers who his princess is.
