Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind DLC Release Date Revealed Showing Final Fantasy Characters in New Trailer, But Only Those Who Complete the Game Can Play It
Square Enix announced that their upcoming DLC for Kingdom Hearts III titled “Re Mind”, is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One January 23, 2020.
Players who have completed Kingdom Hearts III will find a new playable episode as Sore makes his way to his friends and discovers truths that he couldn’t imagine. However, given that these events follow the climax of the game, only players who have completed the quest will have access to this story content, even if they purchase the DLC. The DLC will cost $29.99 and is available for pre-order now.
To give players more of an incentive to beat the game before it releases, the publisher released a new story trailer to preview the upcoming new content. More interesting is the inclusion of Final Fantasy characters, which many fans have wanted.
Additionally, a new free patch is releasing in January, bringing the game to version 1.07. Players will find a new main story update, with added abilities and a new for Sora, along with the addition of Keyblades, “Oathkeeper” and “Oblivian”.
Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind DLC introduces new obstacles and bosses to the game and aims to continue the adventure. The publisher released a new trailer that showcases the story and where this adventure will take Sore. Furthermore, fans get a preview of Sora’s new battle form as he must become stronger to take on Organization XIII. The DLC will introduce new bosses in a familiar realm.
