Kingdom Hearts Fan Mods Playable “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” From Disney’s Encanto Into Melody of Memory

Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory has had an impressive fan mod known as Re:Chart from WaterKH, a prominent member of the community. He is also the co-developer of the Kingdom Hearts III randomizer that was recently released. Many fans have utilized this mod to create newly playable songs, with ones from Final Fantasy and The World Ends with You being especially popular.

Recently, a well-known member of the Melody of Memory community, Limen, has made a custom chart housing the song “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from Disney’s Encanto. Aside from impressively hitting the song’s same rhythmic beats, this chart was made for the title’s underrated co-op mode. While I’ve never delved within the development side of Melody of Memory modding, I have to imagine that making custom co-op songs is arguably more difficult, or at least more inventive, than the single-player variants.

This custom chart by Limen can be downloaded for the PC version of Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory via Nexus Mods.

Lastly, Limen shared the full custom chart in action via a thread on Twitter, which can be viewed below:

Developer Square Enix has announced that Kingdom Hearts Integrum Masterpiece for Cloud will be releasing for Nintendo Switch on February 10, 2022. This collection is a massive compilation, including Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIXKingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind. Unfortunately, all of these titles are only playable via Cloud.

Additionally, purchasers of either Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind or Kingdom Hearts Integrum Masterpiece for Cloud will receive a brand new Keyblade for Kingdom Hearts III called Advent Red.
