Raw Fury announced that they will publish the Fury Studios-developed story-driven strategy game, Kingdom Eighties. Release platforms have not been announced at this time, but the publisher added that it will be released on the “coolest platforms” later this year.
Kingdom Eighties is the newest entry in the Kingdom series of strategy games. The game is meant to surprise experienced players and newcomers with the appeal of a Saturday morning cartoon. When the mysterious Greed threatens a small, middle-American town, a ragtag band of brave kids is dragged into an epic struggle of seemingly insurmountable odds to save their families and their home.
The story picks up after mysterious Greed threatens a small middle-American town, and a rag-tag band of brave kids is dragged into a struggle of seemingly insurmountable odds to save their families, their neighborhood, and their town.
Kingdom is known for being more of a medieval survival series with DLC that takes players to various other ages. This new entry is a completely different setup and one that we’ll keep our eyes on.
The trailer released is just a teaser, but we can see that it will feature pixelated graphics with a retro appeal.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development and release of Kingdom Eighties.
