Strategy Tactics Game ‘Kingdom Eighties’ Announces 2023 Console Release; Trailer & Screenshots

Raw Fury announced that the Fury Studios-developed micro-strategy title, previously announced for PC via Steam, Kingdom Eighties, will also launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch later in 2023.

The game is meant to surprise experienced players and newcomers with the appeal of a Saturday morning cartoon and general childhood nostalgia. When the mysterious Greed threatens a small, middle-American town, a ragtag band of brave kids is dragged into an epic struggle of seemingly insurmountable odds to save their families and their home. Thankfully, new allies, such as The Champ, the Tinkerer, and the Wiz, will lend their combative support.

Fans will experience a new storytelling approach built on the series’ mechanics. Gameplay features will include recruiting neighborhood kids and assigning them various roles, like being builders or soldiers to expand your territory. Further, secrets regarding the Greed, the Crown of Creation, and the protagonist’s family lineage will be uncovered.
