Katamari Damacy Reroll Gets Switch and PC Launch Trailer, It’s As Silly As You’d Expect

Bandai Namco released a new trailer for their insane rolling adventure game Katamari Damacy Reroll to celebrate the game’s release on Nintendo Switch and PC-via Steam.

Katamari Damacy Reroll allows players to roll through the story of The Prince as he sets out to help his father, the King of All Cosmos who has accidentally knocked out all the stars in the sky. As The Prince, players must roll a Katamari ball into objects as it grows in sizes and picks up larger objects. Items from paperclips to humans to buildings can be picked up and rolled into the ball for a higher score.

Katamari Damacy Reroll features remastered graphics and cutscenes with new motion controls that have been optimized for the Nintendo Switch Joy Con.

“Katamari Damacy Reroll’s quirky visuals, charming characters, and bright J-pop soundtrack is a delight for all ages, reminding everyone that you should always keep on rolling,” said Abelina Villegas, Associate Brand Manager at Bandai Namco.

Additionally, the new launch trailer shows gameplay and gives players a preview of the game’s new updates.
