Bandai Namco launched a new trailer for their Weekly Shonen Jump collaboration fighter Jump Force, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One in February 2019.
During the trailer, Yugi Muto from the manga and anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! steals the spotlight as he summons monsters and uses them to attack his foes. Taking place at the Golden Gate Bridge, Yugi is shown wielding the power of Dark Magician, Slifer the Sky Dragon, and, yes, even Dark Magician Girl.
Jump Force brings popular characters from the Weekly Jump Magazine series, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The game will blend real-world stages with Jump World characters including Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Naruto, to name a few.
Gameplay feature 3D arenas where players will be able to move around the field and execute attacks. Additionally, the environment will play a roll in the matches, shown in the trailer is Frieza slamming into the rocks of San Francisco Bay.
Players can sign up for a closed beta taking place from October 12-14 for the PS4 and Xbox One. Registration for the closed beta ends on October 7, with space limited.

Author’s take: When announced, I wasn’t too sure what to think about Jump Force, but now I am definitely looking forward to pitting some of these characters up against each other. It’d be hilarious Yugi up against Goku.
