Jump Force Adds City Hunter and Fist of the North Star to the Ranks in New Trailer

Bandai Namco released a trailer for two new characters coming to their Shonen Jump 3D fighter Jump Force, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via Steam on February 15, 2019.

The trailer introduces Ryo from City Hunter and Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star as they fight it out in the new Paris stage. Ryo will come equipped with his well known Colt Magnum that he can use to shot his opponents from afar. Ryo’s quick movements allow him to dodge efficiently and his arsenal of guns gives him a different range of attacks.

On the other hand, Kenshiro brings his strength to the fight with all the attacks that fans will recognize based off his high skills in Hokuto Shinken martial arts. Whether or not this includes him having the ability to explode heads is yet to be seen.

Author’s take: City Hunter is actually a pretty good series that I don’t hear about often so I’m excited to see how he is portrayed in this game.
