Johren Launches With Western Releases of Kamihime Project, Magicami, and Versus Tales

Browser games have become popular over the years thanks to ongoing support from publishers and the gaming community. Now, a new company has launched, Johren, which is a website featuring English-localized versions of Japanese games for western players.

Johren has players register an account, with new users receiving 300 Credits for free for a limited time. The website primarily offers free-to-play games with gacha elements that players can use the credits on and receive Premium in-game items.

Currently, players can pre-register for the turn-based fairy tale adventure Versus Tales now. The game features easy-to-learn mechanics with a focus on narrative and character growth. In Versus Tales, players will be tasked with restoring balance to the world of Otogiland, which is how to dozens of magical girls. Those who pre-register can get free Star Gems, Skill Fairies, Premium Gacha Tickets, a Special Exchange Ticket, and a strong character at the game’s release if the campaign goals are met.

Other games headlining the launch of the website are the turn-based RPG Kamihime Project, which has players traverse the globe and unlock the godlike power of Kamihime to prevent a second Ragnarok, and Magicami, a fighter featuring 12 magical girls who are trying to stop a demonic force. These titles have a planned launch scheduled for August 18.

It should be noted that the games offered on the website to contain adult scenes and gameplay elements.
