Adventure RPG ‘Jin Conception’ Revealed for PC With Gameplay Trailer

Jin Wave Studio announced that their adventure RPG Jin Conception will launch on PC-via Steam later in 2021.

The developer released a gameplay trailer showing off the characters and environments. Further, the trailer highlights the game’s battle system, enemies, and features.

Jin Conception follows eight playable characters whose story has become connect when three characters enter a place known as Final Layer, but two don’t return. When the only one returns from Final Layer, they claim to have lost their memory. This leads characters to cast doubt on who to trust and if anyone is lying.

Jin Conception features strategic turn-based combat where combat encounters happen on the field without switching screens. Players will have to manage a buff and affliction system, which will assist them in battle. The example given is that they won’t be able to run if they are cursed with a stuck affliction. Jin techs also make encounters easier, allowing players to combine two or three attacks to create a stronger attack. Traps can also be set, which may delay an enemy attack or cause damage.
