Jackbox Party Starter Releasing Summer 2022; Multi-Language Support

Developer Jackbox Games announced that during Summer 2022, the Jackbox Party Pack series will release a spin-off title called The Jackbox Party Starter. According to the developer, the objective is to compile the most popular games into a single package to introduce new people to the series due to the sheer amount of games available. With over 40 released games, only three will be included in The Jackbox Party Starter, and more info will be coming soon in the near future.

Personally, if I had to guess, I’d say among those three games, a trivia game is definitely going to be included, but that might just be a bias of mine. Alternatively, it could also be a game that isn’t available in a standalone package, such as Fibbage, Quiplash, or Drawful (all of which have standalone versions).

Furthermore, the chosen games in this new release will also be updated with additional language options other than English, with localizations in French, Italian, Spanish, and German being available. The developers are exploring more ways to share the games with a broader audience.
