Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai Introduces Dark Commanders in New Gameplay Trailer; Switch Digital Pre-Orders Open Now With Digital Deluxe Options
Square Enix shared a new trailer for their action RPG Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The trailer introduces the Dark Army Commanders that players will face off against throughout the campaign, including, Dark Commander Hadlar, “Beast King” Crocodine, Blizzblaze General Flazzard, and more. Each enemy has a unique combat style and special abilities. Players will need to strategically adapt to their battle style and ultimate techniques to survive.
Further, players can pre-order the game on Nintendo Switch now with options for a Deluxe Edition for extra content.
Fans who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will also receive the following exclusive cosmetic items to outfit Dai’s friends:
- Popp’s special outfit: “Legendary Mage – Popp Outfit” based on the Mage from Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai, Dai and his new friends, including the princess of the Kingdom of Papnica, Leona, unite as they focus their efforts on defeating the revived Demon King Hadlar. On the way, they learn more about the world and their places in it and greet new party members as the threats become increasingly severe.
Players can experience the game either through Story Mode for classic progression or through the Temple of Recollection, a constantly changing dungeon with challenging monsters. Additionally, an integral facet of this game is Bond Memories, accessories with the double purpose of strengthening characters and housing scenes from the manga series as they’re unlocked. The Temple of Recollection can make these items even more potent, too.
