Action Rhythm Game ‘Infinite Guitars’ Gets December Release Date

Humble Games announced that the Nikko Nikko-developed action rhythm game, Infinite Guitars, will be coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and com on December 13, 2022.

Further, the publisher will release the lofi album featuring music from the game on November 17, 2022, at 9 am PT. The album will be available for download on Apple and Spotify for players to listen to the track ahead of launch.

Infinite Guitars has players fight mechs with the power of music. Humans are struggling to survive against metal war machines that have reawakened and discovered that an electric guitar was the power to turn their technology against them. Players will put together a party, tune their instruments, and use rock to defeat their foes and save humanity. I’m sure there’s more to the narrative than that, but all of the characters look endearing.

Gameplay features RPG rhythm mechanics as Infinite Guitars includes elements of turn-based RPG, action, and rhythm games. The anime esthetics are found in the game’s design as players take on various mechs throughout the campaign.

We’ll keep you updated on the release of Infinite Guitars.
