Recently, the state of titles such as Indivisible and Skull Girls has been a mystery after many developers from Lab Zero left in response to reports of an unhealthy workplace environment.
Now, publisher 505 Games has announced in a statement that there will be no more production on the game moving forward. This is a huge blow to those who Kickstarted the project and were promised rewards such as guest characters and some backer-created characters. There is a Switch update in submission currently with Razmi’s Challenges, New Game+, and Couch Co-O, which brings it in line with the other platforms.
The ex-development team recently created their own co-op studio named Future Club, which has not revealed any titles as of right now.
Indivisible follows Ajna, a young fighter who has just suffered a loss. During her journey, she’ll encounter what is known as “incarnations,” people she can absorb into herself and manifest to fight alongside her. Throughout the game, she will recruit many new fighters who will join her and become part of her story. This is all in hopes they can find a way to unite the world and hopefully save it.
